I have a feeling something installed for security is blocking it from opening. Try running the windows compatibility troubleshooting after right clicking the main RuneScape icon(not shortcut), also try closing security programs like firewalls or anti-virus one a time and trying to load the game again. Right click, properties, head to the compatibility tab and disable 'display scaling on high DPI'. Head to where you installed your Runescape/NXT launcher.ģ. PSS: Be sure to check your graphic settings on RuneScape, try the Auto-Detect option. Wait an additional 5-10 minutes and try connecting. PS: If you suspect this is a internet related issue, be sure to try and power cycle your router which is essentially unplugging it, waiting 5 minutes, and plugging it back in. Let me know if and what helps, we will get this figured out one way or another. Also, make sure to update your graphics driver and run your windows updates. I recommend you properly uninstall and reinstall the RuneScape client, then clear your browsers cache and run the CC Cleaner program explained in the thread named earlier, as well as the ' Disk Cleanup' found standard on most Windows ran computers.
